Chef Masa Shimakawa from ONYX creates a special World Gourmet Dinner on September 6, 2012.
(Drinks Hotels & drinks media wire) - For one night only on Thursday, September 6, 2012, the World Gourmet Festival comes to Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai in the form of a special one-off dinner created by Chef Masa Shimakawa of ONYX at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, California. Creating a dinner menu inspired by Japanese culinary traditions paired with superb wines, Chef Masa will bring his unique blend of cuisine to Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai for the first time.
In addition to enjoying Chef Masa's signature cuisine, guests at the dinner will also be able to give something back - THB 500.00 of the price of every dinner ticket will be donated to the Save a Child's Life from AIDS Project under the auspices of HRH Princess Soamsawali and in coordination with the Thai Red Cross.
A special World Gourmet stay package has also been created for guests who wish to enjoy the Resort as well as the World Gourmet dinner, including one night's accommodation, daily breakfast for two, and tickets for two to Chef Masa Shimakawa's World Gourmet Festival Dinner.
Tickets for the dinner will be priced at THB 3,000.00 per person, including the THB 500.00 charity donation, and are subject to government tax and service charge.
