Bridor PURE Baguettine and Fruit Fruit Lattice: Acclaimed "Catering Flavour of the Year 2010"

- certified organic PURE Baguettine,
- Mini Fruit Fruit Lattices with two new flavours: Raspberry and Apricot.

Tested by a panel of consumers and professionals in the field, these products won acclaim for both functional and taste qualities. The distinction offers an additional guarantee for hotel and catering professionals, who are anxious to provide their customers with high-quality bread and pastries. 78% of restaurant owners questioned said that they were very favourable to products which are "Recognised Flavours of the Year", and 67% say that this distinction encourages them to try the product*.

From the point of view of professionals, Bridor's organic PURE Baguettine is a bread in line with current trends, ideal for making sandwiches for fast food outlets - as well as for a range of other uses: breakfast, bread to accompany meals, and so on.

As for the Mini Fruit Fruit Lattices, these caught the panel's attention with their attractive presentations, the "sophistication" and "lightness" of the "crispy" puff pastry, and the delicious taste of soft, natural, slightly sweet fruit.

From a practical point of view, they offer an original alternative to the traditional yet obligatory croissants for breakfasts and seminar breaks in hotels.
