Four reputed chefs will be presenting regional specialties each day at lunch time ;
Monday 22nd February : La Potinière in Béziers, Le Petit Comptoir in Narbonne, compositions of Pardailhan turnips.
Tuesday 23rd February : Le Saint Crescent in Narbonne, olive oils and truffles.
Wednesday 24th February : Le Jardin aux Sources in Brissac (Ganges), heath land scents, aromatic herbs, wild asparagus and leaks.
