A GLOBAL APPROACH: COME AND MEET US ON THE VAL D’ORBIEU ECO-DESIGN STAND
The Val d'Orbieu Group, a key pioneer in sustainable development (especially for its sustainable farming methods and cooperative status) will be exhibiting on its stand, designed to reduce its environmental impact to a minimum, for the second time running. This stand is, once again, tangible proof of our long-term commitment. The entire space was designed and built, from the floor to lighting via consumables (water fountain, tableware, bin bags…), with sustainable development in mind (using local service providers, certification…).
AN ORGANIC APPROACH: VAL D’ORBIEU’S CO-OP GROWERS CONVERTING TO ORGANICS WILL BE ON THE STAND
The cooperative group became certified to package and market organically farmed products in September 2009.
Vinisud is a great opportunity for the Group to introduce its member-growers who are converting to organics to the public and trade: AOC Minervois - Domaine de Cazelles-Verdier, AOC Coteaux Languedoc Quatourze – Château de Lunes and AOC Fitou – Etienne de Cezelly.
FIRST SHOWING OF A NEW FORMAT: ‘MYTHIQUE’ LANGUEDOC IN 25 CL
Val d’Orbieu will also be showing its ‘Mythique Languedoc’ range in red, white and rosé in its new format. ‘Mythique Languedoc’ is already available in 75cl size and 3 litre BIB. Following requests from distributors, Val d’Orbieu has been selling this compact 25cl size in the supermarkets and on-trade since January 2010: screwcap, owl emblem and orange stripe… this new bottle doesn’t owe anything to its big 75cl sister!
BRAND NEW LAUNCH: VAL D’ORBIEU SHOWS ITS “GIVRE DE ROSE”
Trade and consumers are welcome to come and discover our new rosé “Givré de Rosé,” (meaning iced or crazy) a party wine aimed at the on-trade whose packaging will be revealed at the show…
Val d’Orbieu will have “Givré de Rosé” available for tasting every day at 12am on our stand
