Drawing from our inspiration of traditional French baking wisdom, all Bridor’s expertise has been used to create the “Eclat du Terroir”, an exceptional viennoiserie : larger sizes (70g and 90g croissant, 80g pain au chocolat), well defined flaky pastry, with a “caramelised butter” flavour. With a crustier, fuller bite, the “Eclat du Terroir” combines all the benefits that bakers, chefs and knowledgable customers have been waiting for.
More tasty: A new recipe enriched with milk and sugar which gives a “caramelised butter” flavour like real artisan’s pastries.
Time saving and flexibility for professionals who do not time and staff to make themselves their own viennoiseries.
More freshness: After baking the croissant remains fresher for 50% longer than normal due to the more relaxed working of the dough.
