The Vignerons de Tavel will present their vintage 2011 on Vinisud trade fair in Montpellier
(drinks media wire) - Located in the heart of Tavel vineyards, The Cave des Vignerons de Tavel represents 50% of Tavel Appellation and also produce AOC Lirac, Cotes-du-Rhone and IGP OC.
Winegrowers are involved in everyday winery’s life, and participate to regular investments which enable us to produce wines regularly awarded at International competitions and noticed in specialized magazines (Guide Hachette, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Revue des Vins de France, Vinum Magazine).
A vineyard control policy allows to individualize each “Terroir”, and to follow the quality of the vines. Vineyards are composed of 3 different “Terroirs”: Pebbles (rounded stones), Lauzes (limestone) and Sand.
From the pruning to the harvest, our winegrowers are deeply concerned with environment and qualitative aspects.
The Vignerons de Tavel also turned to an organic agriculture.
The Cave des Vignerons will present the vintage 2011 especially in Tavel but also in other appellations.
Its Organic Tavel 2011 will be also available with a new range of IGP OC 2011.
